Paul and Mike worked together for 10 years before AHP was in 2017. Born and bred in London, he’s also raised his family in the city and has witnessed first hand the changes in the local property market, giving him an instinctive grasp of patterns and trends. Paul’s energy and enthusiasm have always been at the very heart of what we do and how we operate at AHP, something clients as well as the rest of the team appreciate. His overall experience and expertise give a depth to the overall service offer at AHP that is hard to beat.
Mike has 30 years of Estate Agency experience in the London Property market. That’s long enough to make anyone streetwise, which helps when it’s your street and your home we might be talking about. Bringing up his family and starting his own business in the local area, shows how invested he is in the community and the connection he has with it. And, along the way, he has acquired an exceptional knowledge of anything and everything to do with property, all of which he’s happy to share with clients when they turn to AHP for help and advice.
Geoff, originally from Surrey, discovered London as a student at university. After 5 years in London, getting established in the agency world, he came back and has never left. In total, he’s lived in the city for 15 years, and regards himself as a local now, which is pretty handy when you’re talking property. Heading up the Lettings team at AHP, Geoff had worked with another independent and a corporate agency. He’s been instrumental in building up a thriving and successful department which continues to go from strength to strength.
Sam is our Lettings Assistant Manager; she has worked at AHP for nearly 5 years now meaning she has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is an invaluable asset to the team. In her role, Sam is responsible for managing the greater lettings department, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. She is known for her strong organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as her ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. In her spare time, Sam enjoys drinking copious amounts of tea and eating out at new restaurants.
Alex is our Sales Coordinator, having originally started her time at AHP in the Lettings Department and moving to the Sales Department in September 2022. In her role, Alex is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team and ensuring that everything runs efficiently. She is also skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and is known for her approachable demeanour. In her free time, Alex enjoys playing badminton and attending live music events.
Matt is our Senior Negotiator, where he brings experience from his previous role in lettings in London. He is known for his ability to close deals and achieve positive outcomes for his clients. Matt is a dedicated employee and is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of his team. In his spare time, Matt is a passionate supporter of Manchester United and enjoys trying out new places to eat.
Mason is our Sales Negotiator having started in 2021. Mason is responsible for working with clients to find the best properties to meet their needs and negotiating deals to ensure that both the client and the buyer are satisfied. In his spare time, Mason enjoys watching Rugby and going for runs.
Meg is our Lettings Negotiator, joining in Summer 2022. She is known for her friendly and approachable nature. In her role as Lettings Negotiator, Meg is responsible for working with clients to find the best rental properties to meet their needs, conducting viewings, and being there to hand over keys on the first day of their tenancy. In her spare time, Meg enjoys going out exploring the city and is an avid gym goer.
